amazing stay with very nice views!

helpful staff balloon view cave aesthetic central location
the staff helped me book tours and arrange an airport transfer. the rooftop bar had great views of the balloons. i enjoyed the unique cave aesthetic of the hotel. the room was warm (i visited in winter!) and close to the main area. i had a great experience!
the amenities in the bathroom could be improved slightly.

I found the staff helpful. They even let me pick from two available rooms. the room i chose, a beautiful double room, was spacious and well-kept. i really appreciated the breakfast spread. It had a good variety and fresh options. the view from the terrace was also a highlight, i loved it. it was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sunset.
The bathroom design felt a little awkward. it lacked separation from the main room, a little uncomfortable. I found it to be a minor inconvenience.

Lovely Stay!

I was greeted warmly upon arrival. Nadin was really nice and helpful . The rooftop patio was the PERFECT place to see balloons fly in the morning. I enjoyed a glass of wine there watching magical sunsets.
The room could use an additional ac unit!
